...was at Red Box renting a movie, and they had an offer for an extra movie rental for a dollar, so I got this turkey. I thought at the time, "never heard of this one, but for a buck, how can I lose?"

I lost. 85 minutes out of my life.

Beware!

It must be even worse for Nazis.

Hitler slept through D-Day, so it's only fair you slept through the movie.

How did you like 1917?

Thanks, you saved me a buck and a half, but more importantly time, precious time. Has anyone seen Motherless Brooklyn? It got no buzz when it was released probably for a good reason :)

I think the worst movie I ever saw was “Surf Nazis”. The worst one where they spent more than a thousand dollars to make it was “American Beauty”. A truly horrible film.

I'm guessing you haven't seen Come and See, a Belorussian film from 1985 about the eastern front in World War II, in Russian, filmed in Belorussia, with subtitles.

I’m not brave enough to watch any movies made in the USA. I only watch foreign films now. I’m glad Parasite was a winner, I love Korean movies.

Considering the betrayal of American values by Hollywood, I’m disappointed every time I hear a freeper having given so much as a red cent to the film industry.

Midway 2019 was pretty bad. I started laughing when they had Wood Harrelson play Nimitz and Dennis Quaid as Halsely....talk about mischarcterizing!

I liked Fury, and 1917.

I really like “They Shall Never Grow Old”.

Midway was GREAT!

I might like this one as well.

I liked “Dunkirk: and the “Hunting Hitler” documentary series a lot as well.

Maybe I am not a good judge of movies.

I saw Midway in a theater. Later when it was available on Disk, I purchased the Disk. I think that I might just watch it again tonight.

That business with the sinking of the Arizona, I want to watch it again. It is important to keep it in our memories. The dramatization was good as far as I am concerned.

I do not understand what you ‘Movie Critics’ are talking about.

May I recommend “The Death of Stalin” outstanding black humor from diary entries of the politburo, and Nikita Kruschev. Great cast, very funny poking fun at soviet commies, and the perverted Beria, who gets his.
