How Long Should Justice Take?
n/a ^ | Feb. 27, 2020 | self

Posted on 02/27/2020 8:09:34 AM PST by The_Media_never_lie

Most of the criminal allegations for the many recent scandals have taken place over three years ago. The past couple of years we have endured bombshell after bombshell, as a segment of the media reports what their inside sources and investigations have revealed. We are told that Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, etc. have broken no laws, even though investigators and common sense indicate otherwise.

On the other hand, Manifort, Stone, General Flynn have already been prosecuted and Stone and Manifort, convicted and incarcerated.

We are constantly told that any minute now justice will be served. We are also told those looking into these matters are just making sure their cases are solid and the evidence to be presented is accurate. It is just a matter of time until any criminal activity is exposed and those indicated will be exposed and prosecuted.

Personally, I have some doubt that these potential cases are being pursued in a expeditious manner. Sometimes it seems those in charge are simply looking to run out the clock in order to avoid unpleasantness.

How many years will it be safe to presume, since no charges were brought, that we have a two tiered system of justice, with respect to those in favor vs. those not in favor? Three years (it has already been 3)? Five years? Ten years?

There is no justice.

There is just us.

If it hasn’t happened yet, it will never happen. My tagline is a legal maxim that no one can deny.

Or, we should expect justice by the first of soon.

Stall, delay and run out the clock until people forget about it or other issues arise that push the scandals to the background. Its how DC operates.

DC is a Justice Free Zone.

For Republicans, Christians, patriots, conservatives...fast and hard.

For Democrats and progressives...slow and easy.

The denizens of DC are there for themselves. They pretend to work for and represent us but that’s just an illusion they use to cover for their own corruption, averice and lawessness.

Things that make no sense at all, eventually do.

But, I’m as frustrated as the next person.

It is generally a five-year statute of limitations that applies, and they (including Barr and Durham) are running out the clock. Lots of stuff, such as the Hillary emails is already past. Don’t kid yourself about some RICO case ever being brought either.

The clock is ticking and depending on what the violation(s) is/are, there are limitations for prosecution. 5, 8, 10 and 20. I suspect we’re going to be told, “Yes, the law was violated but we cannot prosecute because we’re beyond that SOL.

"Personally, I have some doubt that these potential cases are being pursued in a expeditious manner."

Understatement of the year! ( A person is subject to revocation of naturalization if he or she procured naturalization illegally.)....certainly (Rep. Ilhan Omar) qualifies for this....Omar has broken the law...why is her sorry unAmerican person still here?! 1

Justice delayed is Justice denied; I believe in the Law until it interferes with Justice.

What is in play is the idea that the incoming administration does not prosecute the outgoing no matter how richly deserved, lest the tables be turned.

I doubt that will last though, were Trump to lose the election I believe the left would release the dogs of war on all of us.

We are told that Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, etc. have broken no laws...

This is actually true, as there are two sets of laws, one for Democrat politicians and another for the rest of us.

Yep, Barr is just there to protect the DS from harm - Wray as well. And, contrary to popular belief, there is a deadline - it's called an election. Trump is not a shoo-in to win it as the Democrats will not be caught with their pants down this time around. They are constantly on offense, while the GOP - even after 3 years of Trump - are STILL cowering under the desk.
