What was the passenger’s nationality? Where has he traveled in the last 30 days?

I had a medical test at a Sloan Kettering branch in NJ on Friday. When I checked in, in addition to the usual questions, the girl asked me if I had traveled recently. When I gave her a blank look, she asked, "Have you been to China?"

Later I asked her, if someone answered, "Yes," if they would immediately evacuate the waiting room.
