Here is how I would reply: Young man, I was nine years old once. Like most boys that age, I thought girls were icky and not very good at baseball, fishing and all the things that typical boys enjoyed at that age.

But the thought of sex with men never even crossed my mind. Even sex with girls didn't even cross my mind at that young age though, I think, this is about the time my wise father warned me that I would start to find girls more interesting before too much longer. But the idea of an older man? That was just weird and sick before men like Preacher Pete normalizes it.

Their motives are not to make boys like you feel included, but to prepare you to be exploited by sick perverts like them. Give yourself some time. Another nine years would be a minimum. Chances are about 97% that you will discover you are, indeed, a normal heterosexual guy.

Even if you are among the 3%, you don't have to act on your urges and allow yourself to be exploited by sick men like Preacher Pete. Some of this 3% just needs a few more years to reach sexual maturity and find out what they really are. Others even discover that a celibate lifestyle serving mankind is really preferable to allowing yourself to be exploited by evil men like Preacher Pete. There are a lot of options out there. You can't make that decision now anymore than you can choose you career now.

Give it some time and gain more experience to make an intelligent decision. Don't let the selfish Preacher Petes of the world rush you.
