Why do men take their rings iff to wash their hands? Hubby was always doing that.I take rings off when I go to bed.

Because if you leave it on, it gets damp and weird and oddly soapy-sweaty feeling and just isn't comfortable. And that dampness takes forever to go away. If it ever does.
