Like I said I don’t see this having any impact other than on people who were never going to vote Bloomberg anyway.
For a republican clips like that will harm them, as fly over country doesn’t find drag queens amusing..
But for a democrat? I don’t see that having much of an impact.
Again I don’t care, anyone who has done comedy skits at camp knows self debasement always gets a laugh.
Bloomberg has real reason not to like, him dressing up as an effeminate fish for a fund raiser ain’t one of em.
So are they saying that Bloomy likes fish sticks?
Elite prep schools and colleges used to always have "hairy leg shows", where the football team guys dressed up as girls and sang & danced and did skits for the whole school.
Until relatively recently, the INNER CIRCLE show and the one in Chicago were only known about by the cognoscenti.
FREEPERS should stop falling all over themselves re this stuff; as a LOT of the comments make this site look far worse than DU and our posters like blithering idiots and hypocrites! Trashing Rudy and now Bloomy for doing these shows, but applauding and praising Trump for his "GREEN ACRES" skit just doesn't pass the "smell test".
The Bernie Bros hate Bloomy already, so the Bloomy INNER CIRCLE videos won't matter one bit to them. And I suspect that this holds true for other Dems too; as you stated.
Don’t be ridiculous! This is but one show; there are many others, that he appeared in ( it’s a yearly thing and he served THREE 4 year terms...the third one was “illegal”, but he had the rules changed ), as many other different characters.
I certainly remember the silly stuff about Guiliani! He appeared in drag at a NYC charity show and some freepers (one of whom I like) went ballistic. These are the same people who would get outraged at Milton Berle, for God’s sake.
I loathe Bloomberg and while I haven’t watched the footage, I’ll give him a pass on the Inner Circle show.

Yes, it's the INNER CIRCLE show, which is almost 100 years old, done to raise money for charities and I watched the footage; it is innane/harmless/silly, but well done!
I too loathe Bloomy, but this is NOTHING to condemn nor ridicule him for!
