Except for kids getting off school buses. This guy should be asking people to meet their kids when the bus arrives if possible, and to be extra vigilant, and report anything questionable to the police...anything or anybody that doesn't look right.

Ask the parents of the kids on the bus to talk to their kids....kids are always looking out windows. Maybe someone saw something.

Even though it happened almost 30 years ago, you can still see moms, dads, or sometimes a grandparent waiting for the schoolbus with their young kids if you happen to be out in the early morning driving around rural upstate NY.
