Jussie Smollett is facing felony charges in Chicago again -- the special prosecutor just announced an indictment against the actor for the alleged homophobic attack against him last year.
A grand jury handed up the new indictment against Jussie on Tuesday. Dan Webb was appointed special prosecutor for the case last summer. We're told he's now facing 6 felony counts for lying to law enforcement. The indictment calls the 6 charges "disorderly conduct," but all 6 involve allegations of lying to cops.

It appears that this pos liar has 6 felony charges against him.
Interesting re the timing, post faux impeachment.
Hopefully, besides jail time, he WILL be made to repay the Chicago police Department for all of the money they wasted on his damned HOAX of a “case” !

“disorderly conduct” in this case essentially means “falsely reporting a crime”, which is indeed a felony there ...

Hopefully there will be a trial and not a plea, so that interesting questions can be asked about how it all came about, and whether Jussie thought this up himself or if he was encouraged by our elite betters.
Jared Scott Fogle (supposedly loss over two pounds of weight, eating @ Subway's) is an American former spokesperson for Subway restaurants who was convicted of sexual offenses against minors.
My guess is that Jussie & Jared just have to decide who's a better Back-Door-Subway-Man. Of course, you could add, then just go with the flow.
