Access is an important element for many of us. If developing a new development it should be accessible, and it’s dumb to build otherwise.
So the taxpayers will pay the “fines”. What a crock. Putting some bureaucratscin jail for fraud would be a better deterrant. Good luck getting DoJ bureaucrats to prosecute City bureaucrats.
