CBS News President Susan Zirinsky has addressed the fallout from Gayle Kings interview about Kobe Bryant, calling threats against the CBS This Morning co-anchor reprehensible.
We fully support Gayle King and her integrity as a journalist, Zirinsky told the Associated Press Saturday. We find the threats against her or any journalist doing their job reprehensible.
Zirinskys comments came one day after Oprah Winfrey, revealed in an interview that King is not doing well.
She now has death threats and has to now travel with security, Winfrey told Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager on the Today show.

Among the critics were rapper Snoop Dogg, who posted a profanity-filled video on social media earlier this week warning King to back off b**ch before we come get you.
However, the rapper walked back his comments today in a new video on Instagram.
Im a non-violent person. When I said what I said, I spoke for the people who felt like Gayle was very disrespectful towards Kobe Bryant and his family. Now with that being said, what do I look like wanting some harm to come to a 70-year-old woman? I was raised way better than that, Snoop Dogg said. [It should be noted that King is actually 65 years old].
The rapper went on to insist he never threatened King.
I didnt threaten her. All I did was said, Check it out. Youre out of pocket for what youre doing and were watching you,' he added. Were very non-violent. We just want to say that first and foremost, we speak from the heart. Some of you who have no heart dont understand that.

Funny how the Left can act morally superior in their non-apologies.
Looking at it another way. Kobe came out positively overall in the exchange. The woman being interviewed defended Kobe’s character credibly.
I watched Gayle King on 2016 election night and she seemed to give Trump a fair amount of credit on his victory. I’m sure she is liberal but she tries to appear objective.
“I’m a non-violent person”
back off b**ch before we come get you.
“non-violent” people always say stuff like that.
He meant a sternly worded email with boldface *and* underlining.

No one cares what a bunch of privileged blacks snipe back and forth at each other.
