I hope he has something planned. Schiff needs to be held legally accountable.
I doubt there is any legal recourse. Impeachment is not a criminal prosecution, so statutes dealing with fabricating evidence in that context would not apply. Plus there is the Speech and Debate Clause for Congresscritters.
Trump never tells ahead who he’s going after....he just springs it on them when he’s ready.
