Romney's assumption about Trump was wrong, in my opinion. (vanity)

Romney said that had it been anyone else other than Biden, he wouldn't have asked Ukraine to investigate the allegations of corruption, which proved, according to Romney, that this was a purely political move on Trump's part.

I disagree. First, Romney doesn't know what was in Trump's mind and secondly, I think that had this been say, a high ranking government official for example, someone in the State Dept, not a political opponent, or even a CEO of a major corporation (such as a large defense contractor) with the same allegations against him or her, Trump would still have asked Ukraine officials to look into any corruption allegations.

So Romney was just speculating, without any clear evidence, in my opinion.

It ain’t no opinion in my book. It’s a fact that Trump didn’t do anything that was wrong. Period. Pox on Spit’s house.

President Trump asked about Crowdstrike.
That’s what they don’t want anybody to pay attention to because Crowdstrike are the only ones who examined the DNC server and said the Russians did it.
Seth Rich did it.
He was murdered for it.
These are the dots they have been distracting everyone from.

Can the citizens of Utah remove Romney using the same standard of fairness the democrats used against President Trump?

The same subjective “burning in the bosom” that sends mormons to hell.

Romney is only deflecting and trying to do it in a thoughtful way, which fails miserably. He hasn’t have the guts to admit the real reason, he hates trump every bit as much as Pelosi. He just wants to add to the strain on Trump’s presidency.

This is about Romney’s jealousy of President Trump and about Romney’s kid being involved in Ukraine shenanigans. He didn’t think about anything else before invoking God to justify his betrayal.

There was an article that said that the sons of Nasty Pelosi, John Kerry, Joe Biden, and Mit Romney were recipients of large amounts of money Ukraine.

In the Mueller Report it stated that the FBI concluded that Russia hacked the computers.

That is quite an accomplishment seeing as how they did not inspect the computers or servers.

RE: Romney said that had it been anyone else other than Biden, he wouldn’t have asked Ukraine to investigate the allegations of corruption

Number 1: Trump is asking for an INVESTIGATION, not a conviction. If after the investigation, they determine that there was no corruption, then Biden would have been declared innocent

Number 2: Was there EVIDENCE of Corruption? Here Biden’s own words convict him. The video of it is all over the internet.

A) He clearly threatened the previous administration with the withholding of the promised aid package unless they fired the prosecutor investigating Burisma. Why would he be interested in a supposedly purely Ukranian investigation if he was not personally affected? He gave them 6 hours to respond and even mentioned Obama’s name.

B) His son, Hunter CLEARLY was the beneficiary of Burisma to the tune of at least $50,000 a month ( some say as high as $80,000 a month ) with no qualifications for the job.

Why would Burisma do this unless they wanted a favor from the VP himself?

If this does not require an investigation, nothing does.

Number 3: Just because Trump benefits from it by potentially tainting a political rival does not make it impeachable. The bottom line question still is this -— IS THERE EVIDENCE OF INFLUENCE PEDDLING?

If the answer is yes, it is the President’s ( any president ) obligation to get to the bottom of it before releasing the next tranche of aid.

If Biden is immune from investigation just because he is running for President, then all a corrupt politician has to do to avoid being investigated is ran for President. That’s nonsense.

Either Romney is being dishonest or his thinking skills are rusty. After seeing him the past year, I’ll take the former.

Yes, Trump succeeded where Romney failed, so there’s obvious jealousy over that, among other reasons. Hell, Romney may have fantasies of the VP slot on some kind of “national unity” ticket with Biden or Bloomberg. Who the hell knows.

I feel really angry and duped for voting for this weasel in 2012. There were stories back then of classmates at the Cranbrook school remembering him as a nasty bully. I shrugged that off as standard-issue leftist media character assassination, but that portrait was likely accurate.

Bolshevik Bernie is trophy-winning stupid and Obama level lazy, but he actually believes what he says.

RINOmney is simply a lying small minded failure that were it not for his family money would be schlepping coffee at Starbucks.

I’d have dinner with the commie, but RINOmney would be threatened with cow dong should it come near my property.

Romney has a long history of being anti Trump — he is like McCain, another sore loser who was envious that they didn’t win the general election. So reason and common sense doesn’t win out, despite the good will and money the GOP spent on him to keep him in the good books of the party. Romney is both an ingrate and a woman scorned — nothing delectable about that.

That’s my take too. He just hates PDJT. He knows he can do this as a poke-in-the-eye to PDJT, without it resulting in him being removed from office.

He’s basically saying that the POTUS must prove his innocence, exactly backwards. I hope Mitt has many unforeseen consequences to this.
