This whole post is ridiculous and faux outrage. First, you saw Shakira for “a second” then you saw JLo. Your whole argument falls flat on its face when you state this. Why? Because Shakira performs for over 5 minutes before JLo is even seen on your television. In fact, a closeup of JLo doesn’t happen until the 6 minute 25 second mark of the halftime show. At this time she has on a pink skirt. So you could not take a look at what Jlo was wearing at first and know. Your post is nothing but false outrage. Give it up.
If you observe culture as you state, then you would know that Shakira has both South American and Middle Eastern ancestory and she was paying homage to that during her show as her music that she sings incorporates both. When she ululates with her tongue it was done in homage to those women in the Middle East as a show of joy.
While their outfits could have been different as it was not family friendly but this was not porn. Pure and simple. Feign faux outrage elsewhere.
