The worst part was, after laboriously reading the details carefully, I got to the last paragraph and found out that we must not construe this as having any standing in law or action...
Since this marvelous rope-a-dope was written by several dozen nameless perpetual federal bureaucrats in the flowery language of bureaucratize, I'm sure they'll receive a nice bonus or promotion early next year... Hooray! taxpayers win again!
