Developing a biological weapon of mass destruction seems rather counterproductive. A germ that could get out and kill your own population is crazy.
Yeah. I would think they’d be smart enough to develop a vaccine against it for their own people first. But then, maybe they’d planned to do that next. Or yes, maybe it went from bat to civet cat to people. Don’t know.
