That’s why there used to be the saying, “Don’t talk about religion or politics in public.” That was before the left started implementing Alinsky—who demanded there be no escape from politics—in earnest.
I know couples who are opposites on the political spectrum.
They’ve been together long amounts of time.
They just don’t discuss it. Much :)
But yeah at parties religion and politics can be a mess.
