What a contrast Joni’s story is to that actress who self-congratulated her abortion at the Golden Globes...she will be a nobody shortly. Meanwhile, Joni went through with her pregnancy, and gave up her daughter for adoption - acts that undoubtedly were tough, but they spawned an incredible career. Joni’s story should be championed.
Now that I agree with. I am sure later on she regretted her decision but at least she met her and I hope they some relationship.
I was horrified at Michelle Williams and cannot believe she or any woman would admit they had an abortion to further their career but I am sure many have done it and justified it to themselves. Williams saying it like she did made any achievement she had cheapened. I hope that statue brings her comfort on those long nights when she remembers what she did.
