Too much money in R&D, drug treatment, surgery and so many cancer-related industries - not to mention jobs - that it is “uneconomical” to ever cure it.

I read elsewhere on FR that in Europe, they successfully treat prostate cancer with ultrasound which kills tumor cells but does not kill ordinary cells.
