Oh, Cats, I was unable to locate anything about a congressman chanting “rabbit.” (If you find it, please let me know!) However, I did find these:

This above was in reference to the siege techniques they used to keep the Davidians awake and stressed so they would surrender. I had not heard of the sound of the crying of rabbits being slaughtered before as part of the sound pollution techniques. Apparently their screams are very distressing to hear.- Dear God in Heaven, what evil people.
I don’t have a specific “Rabbit” file, but I do have a file regarding “Mental Issues” and in it are several different articles and digs on the Alice in Wonderland images/characters. Of course, “Rabbit” figures prominently. “Rabbit” also figured in the various digs on MKUltra techniques which you and several FReeQs and performed over the past several months. Why in hell was it thought they could get away with this?
I don’t think the Founding Fathers had the idea that we would be made to pay for a lifetime career for these rolly-polly ticks in OUR HOUSE.
To many perks, glamour and too much power are attached to serving in Congress. Gotta end it.
I vote we keep these critters at home with us in our districts so we can keep eyes on them and keep them away from K Street lobbyists. All they do is shine seats with their butts, and participate in podium pontification and they can do that VIA the internet.
Just like Q said automatic Audit for anyone in Congress and immediate family to keep them honest.
