Your advice is to do it carefully?
I have NO advice as my specialty is not getting arms to dissident groups in foreign countries :)
I haven’t a CLUE as to how it’s done and won’t comment on how to do something I have no knowledge of.
It’s something I would love to see happen.
As far as it being realistic or doable, i haven’t a clue.
