I assume about 10 of those seasons were as head coach, which is a disgrace - Garrett had no qualification to get the job or to keep it beyond the fact that owner Jerry Jones reportedly "adored" him. Ten years was enough time to waste Tony Romo's career, Jason Witten's career, Dez Bryant's career, and a good chunk of the current Cowboys' careers. The Cowboys were and are loaded - Jones' adoration of Garrett ripped off his fans and squandered player years that could have been used on serious playoff runs.
