Kevin Spacey has settled a sexual assault case brought by a massage therapist who died in September before the case could be resolved, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The man, who was suing the actor as a “John Doe,” claimed he was forced to grab Spacey’s genitals at a private residence in Malibu, Calif.
After the accuser’s death, his son petitioned a court to allow him to become the administrator of his father’s estate. The court granted the petition, and Spacey and the special administrator have since filed a stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice, The Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday. No details of the settlement are publicly available.
