To: Plain and Simple

I still don’t know why no one has brought up this fact: if the President of the United States cannot order the investigation for corruption of anyone related to anyone who might be his political rival in the future, that sets a precedent that means that anyone who declares their candidacy for public office essentially becomes immune from investigation. Doesn’t it?
