But they also provide means for George Soros to do his evil with 'nonprofit' tax protection, allow white liberal 'elites' to live like royalty - using American taxpayers as their private ATM machines... And tax benefits allow corrupt evil inner city democrats to buy favors and fleece the black community... It's not all 'roads' or defense - much of it is slush funds for evil white liberal elites.
