Thus, I am a bit unclear as to what you (Dis) mean by your reply. I doubt you mean that 0b0la, for instance, won’t be charged with any of the many crimes he committed while in office. Amirite or not?

LJ, I believe there would have to be overwhelmingly obvious evidence of very egregious crimes in order for Obama to be charged.

As I have suggested previously, I think this would need to be an incontrovertible paper trail of bribes, right into his personal bank account. This is unlikely, in my opinion, much as we wish the traitor would be brought to justice.

Personally, I would be satisfied with a fair reading of the situation by history, so that Obama is forever remembered as a President who threatened the Constitution by his weaponization of intelligence agencies in pursuit of power, sold out to our enemies such as Iran and China and allowed rampant corruption in his administration; such history resulting in the RAT Party being demolished for a generation and socialism eradicated forever in the United States.

0bola committed so many crimes while he illegally usurped the office of the president that his crimes went far beyond bribery. Far, far beyond. He has to be brought to justice and I am sure that he will.

Did you read the list of crimes by 0bola’s administration I posted on a twitter list a couple of days ago? Massive list and covered only through or until 2012. How many people died because of him and his secretaries of state?

Plus he was an illegal president and that MUST be addressed. Trump has everything. 0bola isn’t popular, no one gives a crap about him any more. It is morally abhorrent to let him off just because he was president. That means the two-tiered justice system would still be in place.

iirc, I think I read somewhere that once a president is out of office, he can still be impeached.

consequencs would include: never able to help public office again & Loss of gummit pension/benefits

not saying that is what should come to barak hussein bin soetoro for his corruption.

personally, I think trump has has sights on barry & he will end up tried in a military tribunal for treason, espionage and sedition.

start with one step at a time. Unredact the redacted part of Susan Rice's Inaugural Day email, from a place she should have already evacuated, and work back from there.
