In Louisiana, they have Parishes, not Counties.
There’s a Lowndes County in Georgia.
I’m stunned the ACLU is not yet trying to outlaw the term ‘Parishes’ for something more secular, like Counties.
Let them keep on overlooking it.
It always seems most of Louisiana is still recovering from a flood. So they have more important issues to think about besides the term “Parish”.
