Agree! But the best of of the rest are Matt Smith, David Tennant, and Jon Pertwee...

Even their wonderful sidekicks became a thing of the past with #12... All the wonderful "sidekicks" who, in the past, were key to the stories fabric deteriorated to junk status... The best side kicks, in my view/order:

1. Amy Pond;
2. Rose Tyler;
3. Sarah Jane Smith;
4. Clara Oswald;
5. River Song; and,
6. Martha Jones.

What has always bugged me was that the logical excellent female replacement for the Doctor already existed for years... His daughter is still out there somewhere in the universe... She was perfect... Makes the absolute crap they have had in the role of Doctors 12 & 13 look pathetic and totally unwatchable...

It’s like that new Star Trek series, where the engineer and the doctor are buggering each other. And CBS wants you to PAY to watch it. I’m old school Trek. In every episode, Kirk kicks somebody’s ass, Kirk lays the wood to the chick, even if she’s green......even Spock got the occasional trim. A show males from 8 to 80 could enjoy. Now it’s gotta be a multi-culti, Woke commercial from beginning to end.

I remember finishing my paper route and coming home to enjoy Tom Baker as the Doctor on Saturdays... The best Doctor by far IMO but in the new series, each have been fairly good but the last two really pushed the “woke” cr@p.

The latest has trounced the franchise. There was a really neat opportunity to tell some really great stories with her but they’ve flushed it.

Hey, I’m just sayin’. Look at Next Gen - it was old school 80’s kitsch. Riker was hitting them out of the park right and left. Even stodgy old Picard had the occasional groupie. (Some women are just attracted to bald men.) They were like junkyard dogs off their leash. Worf turned out to be a babe magnet. Even Data got his bones jumped by Tasha Yar. Poor old Geordie, though. Went seven seasons and couldn’t even rate a handshake if he programmed the holodeck himself. LOL! Must have been that VISOR thing......
