Cool stuff, but equally scary. I imagine what would happen if humans cells were easily controlled by radio waves. Imagine what someone could do.
There are a lot of less complicated ways to torture or kill someone, so I would think most uses of this sort of technology would be benign.
Of course, bad people will warp anything into something bad if given the opportunity.
