She never should have been called to testify in the 1st place, since she had absolutely no knowledge of the phone call that the dems are hanging their hat on. The only reason she was asked to testify was so she could garner sympathy and make Trump look like a bad guy.

Jay Sekulow said the same thing on air. That after her private testimony (which was described as emotional) she was brought back for public testimony simply for sympathy, that she had nothing on the phone call.

Yes, they can. Impeachment is a matter of votes, period. They are making up imaginary crimes right now and have been for 2 years. Impeachment is like indictment. The conviction process is like a trial.
