Actually, I know several people who struggle to gain weight regardless of their activity level. That is genetics.
Your experience fits you and that is great. I’m not in ANY way questioning it. But speaking as someone who has been fat, what I need is different. And yes, I’ve tried running 5 miles a day & weight lifting. Didn’t lose a pound.
