it’s true. they were simply unstoppable.
One could argue for the run San Francisco’s went on on the first half. Can’t say any one of those teams in year outperformed that Sox team. Otherwise every team that won was a single year champion. Sox in 2018 are as good a selection as anyone would be. Kansas City, Cubs or Astro’s winning seasons could be seen as just as good. (Current controversy aside).
Glory is fleeting. Their baseball operations head has been fired, and Manager Alex Cora may be in jeopardy.
