Eric Ciaramella is someone who works for the CIA and is a registered Democrat. He had accompanied then-Vice President Joe Biden to help negotiate an aid package, as well as ensure Joe's son Hunter Biden was not investigated by the Ukraine prosecutor (their AG). He is accused of being the most infamous whistleblower since that non-call against the Saints by the Rams in the last NFC Championship game.

To solve the puzzle:
