If obozo did this in his 8 years as president, I would have had a fit. Perhaps he did and I just don’t remember it. I know I had a fit when he used AF One for personal use and drummed up some political reason for using it so it was paid for by the taxpayers which was never legit.
Who pays the expenses for the president to fly all over in AF One to drum up support for any candidates? Do we know if the RNC repays the taxpayers for the expense of AF One or the campaigns themselves? If not, they should.
I don’t think it’s right for any president to use AF One for any but official presidential business. I guess the dems probably complain about the use of it for flying back and forth to FL also. I won’t go that far but for political rallies, I don’t think it’s right.
Trump does have his own 747 and all...but him being POTUS does not allow him to be free to fly in whatever he feels like. POTUS is a bit trapped...just saying.
I love this man and I want him as safe as can be.
It is not like he is allowed to take his own plane or jump in his own car to go places. I suspect that he would if he could. All Presidents fly on AF-1 and ride in gubmint cars. How do you think Obama got to his and Hillary’s campaign events?
