Robert Francis is taking direction right out of the communist manifesto. Make all good men into criminals as a way to control them.

The only thing that allows evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.

Who is going to enforce this “criminal code” when it comes to seizure of sidearms and affiliated equipment? Certainly a LOT of the local sheriffs and police departments are not going to go door to door to collect them, as they are sure to run into a storm of protest by - people who are armed and with no intention to give up those arms.

Are the Democrat authoritarians going to send in their jackbooted thugs? Then the resistance becomes all the more organized, and yes, deadly. After, all, from where are they going to recruit these enforcers? The Army, maybe? Are US military willing to fire upon their own countrymen? But an independent paramilitary force, just as numerous, just as well armed as the military and/or police, MIGHT be persuaded this is the way to rapid advancement and acclaim, but where would these people come from?

The French Foreign Legion was forbidden from entering Metropolitan France. For good reason.
