CNN interviewed Andrew McCabe on Friday about developments in a Justice Department criminal investigation of the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, but the network failed to disclose that the former FBI deputy director is suing the Justice Department and is under criminal investigation himself.
Interviewed by CNN’s Jim Sciutto, McCabe, a CNN analyst, was largely critical of the investigation, which is being led by John Durham, a U.S. attorney in Connecticut, and overseen by Attorney General William Barr.
Durham’s investigation has recently shifted from an administrative review of U.S. intelligence activities related to the Trump campaign to a full-blown criminal investigation.
Sciutto noted at the top of his interview with McCabe that the former FBI official could very well be a target of the Durham probe.
But neither Sciutto nor McCabe disclosed during the interview that McCabe is under investigation for making false statements to the FBI and Justice Department regarding his authorization of leaks to the media in October 2016.

Even my parents couldn’t defend CNN hiring McCabe after he was FIRED for cause...and that is a big deal.
They should not cut a deal with anyone unless it is a small fish that can provide evidence that will definitely put a higher up in jail; such as Clapper, Biden, Hillary, Brennen and Obama. Would also include Rosenstein, Lynch, Comey and would be great if could put Schitf away too. Assuming they are all proven guilty of crimes.

Mark Levin reporting (from what he describes as a very good source) that Andy McCabe was offered a pre-indictment plea agreement by John Durham. McCabe turned it down & Durham then moved to empanel a grand jury.

Thanks, I heard that also. I think a lot of the Deep State will take their chances with juries, thinking that they only need one juror (each time) to ‘send a message’ to Trump and deadlock the panel.

Presumably, this is a new coup related indictment and not the leaking to the press stuff he was already referred to DOJ for prosecution.
He knows that they know...that he knows where ALL the bodies are buried, figuratively speaking of course. ;)
He's going to try to make a deal. Especially with Lisa Page under interrogation, too.
Hopefully, Durham will seek a change of venue for the criminal trial. There are just too many gooberment employees and recipients of gooberment aid in DC for a conservative to receive justice.
It appears Andy dropped his case against the DOJ.
Probably realized he needs to save his pennies for his upcoming trial.
