Apparently, these mammals eventually “evolved” to the point where they were able to contrive an entirely fictional theory to explain their own existence.
If you think evolution is fictional, I suggest you talk to whomever is in charge of infection control at your local hospital. :-)
There are two kinds of people; there are followers, who believe the stories they are told, and there are leaders, who see for themselves. I’m glad that the followers have religion to comfort them in their evolved state of submission, but I find it disconcerting that their religious leaders see and know the truth, and satiate their need for power by manipulating the faithful. It’s a sad state of affairs — I’m glad I’m on the outside looking in.
