A postal worker in New York has refused to deliver mail at a man's house after he put up Halloween decorations that he deemed offensive.
The postal worker, who is African American, took offense to a skeleton hanging by a noose near Richard Beatty's front door, WCBS reported.
"It's not meant to be racist. It's not to meant to offend anybody," Beatty told the TV station. "It's here to be scary."

The postal worker is deliberately ignorant of common American culture, and likely fishing for any reason to insult a white male customer. Stop pretending you’ve never seen that sort of thing around Halloween, just so you can play the victim.

The skeleton is white. Brentwood ny is a black and Hispanic neighborhood. That postmaster should be fired.
I answered the door wearing full hazmat suit, respirator, dark glasses, gloves and booties...I had little kids peeing in their pants as I gave them candy.
