SAFEGUARDING THE REPUBLIC AND THE RULE OF LAW BY EXPOSING THE CORRUPT PROSECUTION OF GENERAL FLYNN - The American Report | By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones

U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan was extremely troubled when he spoke to the legal community about the need to safeguard the integrity of our criminal justice system … and talked about the government’s “obligation to pursue convictions fairly and in accordance with the Constitution … when the government does not meet its obligation to turn over evidence, the system falters.”

In the ongoing case United States v. Michael T. Flynn, the Justice Department’s prosecution team did not turn over exculpatory evidence or so-called Brady material (Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963)) to General Flynn’s defense attorney.

Withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense is prosecutorial misconduct. General Flynn’s case is not the first time DOJ According to General Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell, when FBI Director Comey met with President Trump, Comey did not inform President Trump that the FBI had already cleared General Flynn of any crime.

People need to be disbarred, and possibly jailed, for what they’ve done in the General Flynn case. One would be hard-pressed to find a more obvious example of prosecutorial misconduct, and this was done knowingly, and with the intent of either getting Flynn to say what they wanted to hear, or destroying his life if he refused to be dishonest.

What and when are the next hearings or required actions in the Flynn case? Anyone know or have a good source? (Article does not address this aspect).

It’s ridiculous how slowly the justice system works.

I agree, but in this case it appears that most of the delays have been caused by Flynn’s own legal maneuvering.

You bet! How Andrew Weissmann has gotten away with destroying lives, corporations and every other underhanded legal stunt in the book is beyond me.....and he’s just the figurehead of how these contemptable lawyers are protected!!

I hope Sidney Powell tears the ones responsible for Gen. Flynn’s situation a new one........

This is a must read. I wonder if this is part of Barr, Durham, Horowitz investigation that leaked.

I know many people here don’t think that the corrupt players won’t face prison time, but this article is so damming I don’t know they can get away with it.

No wonder Nancy....Schumer...are having nervous breakdowns. Are we sure Cummings died of natural causes or was it suicide?

"People need to be disbarred, and possibly jailed, for what they’ve done in the General Flynn case."

Otherwise expect more of the same treatment for anyone who has to deal with them.

They keep doing these things because nothing happens to them.

While I’m certainly not advocating it, given the number of lives that he has destroyed it is somewhat of a surprise that this guy hasn’t ended up in an oil drum under the end zone in the Meadowlands, or his DNA found inside of an industrial shredder or pig offal. Just saying.

I hear you......where’s Michael Corleone when you need him?.........LOL

Seriously, I saw where Weissmann has protected himself through some kind of professorship or something that makes him immune from future prosecution. Anyone on here please clarify.......I’m old and dense.......thank you...
