They couldn't find the triggered snowflake, but I noticed he's wearing an Acacia strain tee shirt which is this hardcore metal band, so I went to their Facebook website and posted the video asking the fans there if anyone recognized him.
He looks a lot like the band member holding the mic in the picture on their Facebook page.
