I believe every aborted (murdered) baby gets a death certificate.Let that sink in.

Each state will have its own vital stats procedure on this. Almost all states require a live birth certificate to be issued before a death certificate, so for abortions they issue neither birth nor death certificates.

In a few states if a baby dies naturally in utero and is born dead (late miscarriage or stillbirth) after 20 weeks, the state issues a Certificate Of Fetal Death.

If any FReepers know any different,please post because I'm interested.

Pretty sure *no* state routinely issues death certificates for aborted babies.
