The SEC takes football a little bit more seriously than the rest of the country.
Let Connor Bruce Croll serve as an example.
The 19-year-old Alabama freshman has been arrested, accused of calling in a threat to LSUs Tiger Stadium during its Saturday night showdown against the Florida Gators, the Tuscaloosa News reports.
The nature of the alleged threat hasnt been disclosed. But if the allegations are true, then this die-hard Crimson Tide fan went to extreme measures to disrupt a game between two of Alabamas biggest rivals.

Two of Tides biggest rivals? He didn’t call up Auburn? The rival of Bama???
Gumps gunna gump. ;)
Maybe he knows Alabama’s defense is pretty pedestrian this year and this year LSU actually has an offense with a great QB like Joe Burrow that could finally get over on them!
Thats a terrorist threat.
He should be charged by the Feds.
Ruin his life.
Alabama has a University with actual students? I thought they were just a stadium with a facade of university for people to wander through game-day. Well being ranked like 102 of all universities and all. WyoTech harder to get into the U of A. Place is an embarrassment.
Why are University of Alabama sportsball fans so violent? From poisoning 100-year-old Oak Trees on the Auburn University Campus, to calling in violent threats to stadiums full of fans, it sure makes you wonder what these people will do next.
LSU has a helluva team this year. I’m a Bama fan and I love watching Joe Burrow. Wish people would quit acting like idiots.
