It’s obvious they are in trouble and things are falling apart for them. They are on the defensive and being on the defensive doesn’t win games or wars.

Don’t be stupid. This is exactly what law students need to hear in college. What would you do? leave them to the Laurence Tribes of the world? That is exactly what would happen if someone like Barr did not go and speak to them. Barr recognizes that if you do not address the secular attack on religion, Christianity Judism will cease to play any part in America. This is a legitimate function of the Attorney General, to educate the next generation of lawyers to the legal challenges of their generation.

Stalinists use mass arrests. We need unappealable convictions. Getting it right takes time. This is not Leninist Russia or Robespierre’s France. (Yes, convictions soon would be good. We all want that. )

How do you know he is not doing his job? He manages a staff of legal specialists. Do you think they are not working on this? Did you spend any time reading through all emails for Lisa Page and Peter Stroak? Imagine trying order that into some kind of case, and link it to all the other material we have not seen! Imagine getting everything for mulitple individuals and weaving that all into a timeline you can present to the court.
An Attorney General, a conservative Attorney General talking to Law Students with the purpose of motivating those students to address legal problems from a conservative viewpoint is a good use of time and energy.
Barr's job is to be the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of this country - not to give speeches to "educate" pampered law students. Moreover, if a law student has rejected God (or cannot even contemplate the role of Judeo-Christianity in the West), a speech by Barr is not going to change their foolish minds.

Arresting the dozens and dozens of Deep State criminals, rapists, thieves, insider traders, frauds, seditionists, murderers, and traitors is not Stalinesque. It is what the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of this nations is called to do when the crimes of these vermin are so manifest that even a child could see it.
Right now, I think the odds of Barr actually doing his job are 20 to 1.
We need less Ted Talks.
We need (real) Justice.
DH just watched both videos and claimed they are different speeches at different locations.
Since I can’t watch videos I do not know, I can risk watching a couple of minutes of each but will have to be later.

Presumably he has time off for private pursuits. Neither of us know his schedule or if he had other business in the Chicago area that involved his job and took time to talk to them. Even if not the case, its not like he punches in on the clock every morning and works on an assembly line. He is the head of a Government agency. Part of this job involves “outreach” and “education”.

Why assume that everyone at Notre Dame is “Pampered?” No poor on Scholarships? And should we dislike the rich people that have it easier than us? (See the 10th commandment.)

Well, it was a speech to a law school and not a Sermon in a revival tent, so it won’t operate in quite the same way. He did convey to them that their Religion (Christianity) was under attack and they need to take this seriously. Then again, Who am I to tell God who to use to do his work and what effect it will have on the religious convictions of a Foolish or Wise (but misinformed) student?

Thanks for posting this. I am glad that A.G. Barr clearly sees that this destruction is deliberate and planned by the left. He is attempting to alert the next generation of lawyers.
Notre Dame Has students from all over the country. I hope the students take this back to their communities with them.
