I need help with this photo

This is a "leaked" photo of Las Vegas attack Oct 1 2017 that was just revealed yesterday to the public for the first time (that I'm aware of):

I believe it might be similar to this video where we see a reflection on the in side as you're looking out onto the bottom floor roof of the LV hotel looking at some glass:

From my prospective of what i see:
This looks like a reflection of a dead body laying face down on a bed (those dark blotches is Livor mortis (blood pooling after death) meaning the body was laying on those blood pools.

This looks like a mans behind with red/white boxers on with a 22 cal circular bullet or fragment passing through the boxers into the back of the person. with a massive blood hemorrhaging. On the bottom right looks to be an electronic device that was shattered with other parts of it to the left. (maybe a key fob?)

If this was a reflection and not an overlay this is close to the bottom floor roof level of the building were we can see glass that came down from rooms 32 134-135

If I'm mistaken about any of that please explain. If you can help figure out anything about this video please help.

I believe now there doesn't seem to be weight on the bed.

To me, the Vegas photo looks like an upside down reflection of a man’s arm, wearing a plaid shirt, elbow bottom right. His other hand (clutching a gun barrel?) is reflected center right.

I looks to me like a picture taken from a hotel room. In the reflection is someone wearing red plaid pj bottoms. Their “right”? Hand is holding the camera. The bed is still freshly made with a duffle bag on the top of the bed top of picture.
Hotel room is relatively low to the ground due to the angle of everything on the sidewalk. Maybe 2-4 floors up tops.
