Unbelievable.

At worst, this child may have learning disabilities, ADHD, etc, and probably belongs in a special ed program of some sort. Sounds like the school system hasn’t done anything to evaluate the little girl, or try to find the right resources and classroom situation that she might need.

Sad

This is why there needs to be “state responsibility acts” directed at those with educational supervision over children.

Basically, it says that some school administrators have the authority to carry out discipline of schoolchildren. And that this authority carries a responsibility to use that discipline.

So in a discipline situation, a school principal cannot foist off his responsibility to the police. If the situation is complicated, then he must contact the district superintendent. But once this has been done, they must follow the instructions given by the superintendent.

In situations where the police should be contacted, they must first contact the superintendent and then contact the parents.

There needs to be a “corporal punishment” provision in there, as well as limited immunity from state lawsuits.

Who arrests a kid? So there was no other way to take care of the problem?

Not if you want to keep your job, keep your house, and stay out of jail. Much easier to let the cops deal with it.

I guess you could call her mom and dad and make them come get her.

It's a good bet that dad is in jail, father of multiple other offspring by multiple other women, or dead and mom is a drug-addled mess or a child herself.

The underclass is full of families such as this where feral kids get pawned off on granny (often barely in her 30s) to raise.

I have seen children in foster homes fighting a sister and the sheriff were required to the child removed and processed. If teachers can’t raise the child the police are the next step.

I was in a Kindergarten classroom once where a child was so out of control that he was throwing desks and chairs at other students. The principal and security guard couldn't hold him back. This was while I was in control of the rest of the class, trying to stop them from getting crazy. A policeman had to come in with handcuffs to safely get the little darlin' out of the room.

In our Brave New World, it's called inclusion. That child's issues could not be addressed in a classroom environment, yet they had to keep him there. I was told he flipped out a few times a week. It isn't fair to that child and it isn't safe or fair to his class mates.

The resource officer needs to be taken out back and beaten to within an inch of his life. When his wounds heal, perhaps he will think twice before arresting a 6 year old again.

It never ####ing ends.

I took to PR kids under my wing a few years ago and GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH changing their way of thinking has nearly killed me.

Don’t say anything like “God bless you” or “that’s a wonderful” thing please!!

I don’t know if there’s been any success yet to praise.

Check out the mayor and female weirdo chief of police. Need I say more.

My relatives used to own some of downtown Orlando before the Democrats made it PC and leftist.

Glad they took the money and moved.
