This article is quaint—the toothpaste is already out of the tube.
We live in Redpill world—that may not be what should be, but it is what the real world is today.
A woman who follows this advice won’t have to worry about relationships—the man she wants will be long gone after the second or third date.
But—experimentation is good. Women should try it—and see what happens...

Not for all. For one thing, Mrs. Sivana followed these rules (and more!). Basically, you have to find the subset of men or women you need to meet (for many, Church is a good place), and start there, instead of worrying about society at large.
By the way, her two sisters are also happily married to good men. That is DESPITE the fact that one sister had been in a convent for fifteen years before problems in the order forced her to leave, and the other had health issues that made he not consider marriage until she was in her 30s.

This article is laughable on so many levels its hard to find a place to start.
But the best rule: Realize presence does not equal participation.
As long as women think modern dating is an exercise in unrealistic expectations and paradox of choice, expect men to exit the dating scene in droves.
Highlight excessive travel and alcohol consumption....expect to be considered high maintenance, high expense and no return on investment. Time and money.
Have a list of 10, 20, 30 inviolate demands where attainment of 9, 19 or 39 is a no-go....be prepared to acquire another box of wine, another cat and spend another weekend alone.
Withhold sex you gave away to the last 30 or 40 guys and make the new guy work and pay for what you gave away for free....don’t expect to be shopping for another wedding ring any time soon.
The juice is no longer worth the squeeze except on the most temporary basis......

BS, I know my 2 nieces well. They basically followed these 8 rules. Married two great, quality guys in their mid 20’s.

I don't know any female (especially American) that I'd marry.
They want to be men.
