This article is quaint—the toothpaste is already out of the tube.
We live in Redpill world—that may not be what should be, but it is what the real world is today.
A woman who follows this advice won’t have to worry about relationships—the man she wants will be long gone after the second or third date.
But—experimentation is good. Women should try it—and see what happens...

It really is a two-way street.
These rules aren’t a bad idea for women. But, in a vacuum, I think they are doomed to failure.
Men need to make changes too. Be more Alpha. Be a leader, a breadwinner, and a gentleman. If men want to focus on professional sports, video games and the internet, then they aren’t going to be marriage material.
We need a cultural revolution which fixes everybody.

The problem with the advice is that the guys women want will just move on to greener pastures, while the guys women don’t want will be happy to stick around....until the woman tires of them.
Really they need one rule: Commit yourself to destroying feminism and rolling back all the damage its done to our society, so men might get interested in dating/marriage again.
I am a happily married old timer who didn’t have to deal with the modern cultural scene.
However, I harbor no illusions about what it is like for younger people out there—young guys who are not Redpill get burned—every time.
This article is laughable on so many levels its hard to find a place to start.
But the best rule: Realize presence does not equal participation.
As long as women think modern dating is an exercise in unrealistic expectations and paradox of choice, expect men to exit the dating scene in droves.
Highlight excessive travel and alcohol consumption....expect to be considered high maintenance, high expense and no return on investment. Time and money.
Have a list of 10, 20, 30 inviolate demands where attainment of 9, 19 or 39 is a no-go....be prepared to acquire another box of wine, another cat and spend another weekend alone.
Withhold sex you gave away to the last 30 or 40 guys and make the new guy work and pay for what you gave away for free....don’t expect to be shopping for another wedding ring any time soon.
The juice is no longer worth the squeeze except on the most temporary basis......
