-- Terrible development if true. --

Horowitz is the one who wrote that there was no [direct] evidence that Strzok's bias affected any decision he made in relation to evaluating Hillary's private server. From an IG perspective, all that results in in Strzok "gets a pass," but being a derelict prosecutor is not a crime, so Strzok is destined for a "pass" as far as going to jail, anyway.

I don't think the public was impressed or bought the notion that Strzok was unbiased, in spite of Horowitz and Wray efforts to claim Strzok and the FBI were upstanding in evaluating Hillary's private server. In short, these clowns lost credibility by claiming "innocence."

I think the same thing will happen with FISA abuse, because the FISA statute gives a defense to the people who abuse it, as long as they get a court-issued warrant. They got a court-issued warrant. If the DOJ decides to prosecute for the snooping crime, the government risks the FISA state being found an unconstitutional limitation on the executive anyway. I see "decline to prosecute" on snooping charges.

Most people think the FBI lied to the FISA court, so find perjury or something else. I doubt it. These guys put in things that are literally true but misleading. Not to say there isn't an argument crimes were committed, perjury or similar, but tough case.

I don't think the public will be impressed with this either, once the public gets a whiff of what the FBI was doing to spy on Trump. But the FISA-abuse angle is not where the juicy stuff lies. In fact, I predict Congress will pass laws they claim "strengthen" FISA so it can;t be abused. This is a sop to a gullible public, because the real check on abuse is honest people, not stronger laws. The stronger laws ENABLE the government. Maybe take out the part of FISA that gives a defense to the government workers if they get a court-issued warrant. That won't happen either.

I expect people are going to be disappointed and pissed at what the Horowitz report says. Close to torches and pitchforks pissed. As is usual in these cases, the DEMs will say the report vindicates the abusive conduct, and the GOP will see the opposite. Adding fuel, DOJ will decline to prosecute, increasing the impression that the government does not police its excesses.

I see that as good - I think society is much more healthy when the public distrusts the government. The government lies, cheats, and steals. It is not worthy of trust, which is why the founders tried best they could to LIMIT the government.

I believe much of society has mistrusted government
for decades. Our mistrust has gotten us what? Mistrust
but no indictments or prosecutions. Worse than terrible.

Globalist Puppets Revealed

Harrison Ford gave a speech at the ‘Climate Summit’ this week. He hauled his cookies all the way to New York on his private jet to wag his finger at us regular everyday folk for not doing enough to help the Amazon.

It all sounds so ridiculous when you say it out loud, doesn’t it?

You want to know something really interesting that the news didn’t tell you? In February Ford attended and spoke, again on climate change, at the “World Government Summit” – yeah they really call it that – which took place in Dubai.

Globalists and globalist puppets from all over the world converged. Their stated goal at the summit? To promote technocratic globalism and plot the future of what they repeatedly called their “New World Order.”
