Make a MD sign an agreement that subject is not a threat to himself or others before you sign him out of mental treatment. Why would an MD open himself to liability by signing any such thing?

If Aaron Carter listens to the voices in his head and kills Nick Carter, his GF and his unborn baby who will be to blame.
Just Aaron Carter?
The family is trying to do something about it.
I have dealt with a family member with voices in their head
Nick Carter has a right to worry.
