Make a MD sign an agreement that subject is not a threat to himself or others before you sign him out of mental treatment.

Why would an MD open himself to liability by signing any such thing?

That’s the whole point. Think it ALL the way through. A doc will never sign a release for a psycho unless he’s damned sure.

Ergo...Psycho stays locked up.
