But the duct tape is classy. 8>)

Cast your own aircrete blocks with the overhang. Add dye to make it decorative. Easy peasy.
Small terra cotta tiles looking like a trim line, to cover the pipes?
See post 25. I had not read the thread yet before I answered. GMTA.
GMTA!
Just start with the pipe clamps like on the corner- but make sure everything lines up very straight. You might be surprised that it looks OK just like that.
it almost looks like a decorative accent right now.
Just secure it very neat and straight and sturdy and paint the pipe clamps dark brown.
Just being lazy, bury them and put risers wherd you need them.
First time you get a leak, it’ll be a major problem if you do any sort of masonry.
Why not just run the pipe on the ledge behind the planting pots so it isn’t seen from the outside.
Does the pipe have to be up high at the top of the wall or could it lay down in the garden? Could bury them in a few inches of dirt. Not sure if that is feasible.
The small diameter tube, painted the same as the wall, is actually hard to see, and it will carry sufficient water to feed numerous drippers.
At either end, flip the tube over and zip tie it, so that once in a while you can untie and flush out the system of small impurities that may clog the emitters otherwise.
Put the pipe and tubes IN the planter by going over the lesser visible end.
I’m also going to use a masonry bit to run the 0.25 inch watering line THROUGH the terra cota pot, and not up the side, all stupid, ugly gay style.
For drilling into the terracotta pot you need a small diamond wet core bit, best if you can work in a small puddle of water. If drilling from the bottom-up place some WET sponge in the hollow core and spray often.
Go slow, keep it cool and flush out the drilling dust.
To start drilling on an irregular surface hold the drill on an angle to grind a notch, then slowly bring the drill to the desired angle.
Your pot may not coexist with a percussion masonry bit.
Do not focus on the Seen. Look to the Unseen.
Fluid in a pipe stores potential energy. The means, like a siphon hose, the only critical factor is the high differential of the input and output.
This means that the pipe can be rather long.
That means that nearly all the the pipe can be buried under the ground.
Then only a minimal pipe must be extended upwards and exposed.
In other words, bury and hide most of the pipe while the exposed end is minimal and may not require hiding.
"Do not look to the seen. Look to the UNseen...."
Heh heh...! No, seriously, that's good advice and I'm going to do that.
