No, I've not seen it. There's a simple solution to this and many similar problems: Cut the cord and unplug yourself from the constant stream of mental pollution called ads. You have ample choices: Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, HBO Max, Hulu (Premium), Amazon Prime. All completely ad-free, and all combined still much less than what you're currently paying for that Cable TV subscription.
Within a couple of months you'll smile when you hear people complaining about some ad you've never seen.
